Overview

1Which fruits and vegetables are juiced?

In principle, there are three types of juice:

  • orange & grapefruit juices
  • carrot & apple juices
  • green vegetable & apple juices.

2How much juice should I drink per day?

This varies for each individual and ranges from half a litre to two-and-a-half litres of freshly squeezed juice per day.

3How do I make the green juice?

The green juice consists primarily of equal parts of endive, butterhead lettuce, green pepper, broccoli, beetroot leaves and apple.

4Am I allowed to make other combinations?

Other combinations are not recommended, because experience has shown that they ferment quickly as a result of all kinds of exotic combinations.

5Can I store the juices in the fridge?

In principle, no. All juices oxidise rapidly under the influence of oxygen and sunlight, which reduces the quality of the enzymes. In some cases, only pure carrot juice can be kept 12 hours in the fridge.

6Can I drink water instead of the juices?

It is better to use your stomach space and capacity for ‘living food’ as much as possible. In this day and age of prosperity, many people are actually malnourished. Although healthy water is an important transport medium for the disposal of waste products and essential for the communication between the different cells of the body, it does not contain enough structural nutrients and oxygenating enzymes.
